Purchasing Information

 

The easiest and fastest way to purchase items  from Otter Creek Frontier Arts  is via credit card. Just click the "Buy Now" box next to the item and supply the requested information. We use PayPal to process our credit card orders.  (You may use our "Buy Now" button whether or not you already have a pre-existing Pay Pal account. It's easy and fast.) Or, if you prefer, you can contact us and request a PayPal Invoice.  Items will be shipped the next business day after payment is received.

You also may also  wish to  choose  the purchase option of  check or money order.   If that is your payment choice, please call 931-232-9389 or email us at ClinchValley1769@aol.com and tell us which item (and item number)  that you are interested in purchasing. Please make checks and money orders payable to "Otter Creek Frontier Arts".  Also  include the shipping and insurance costs that are listed with each item.  (Shipping discounts are available for more than one item shipped at the same time to the same address.  Please call for details.)   Payment must be received within 10 days or item may be resold.  Your item will be shipped the next business day after payment is received via  money order or certified check.  Personal or business checks may be held for up to 10 days to clear before the  item is shipped.

Purchased items may be returned for refund under the following conditions: 1) Item must be returned within 10 days of the date of purchase. 2) Item must be returned in the condition it was received with no evidence of use.  3) Item must be insured when shipped back to us.  Please call  us at 931-232-9389 if you have any further purchasing questions.
