Purchasing Information

 

PayPal buttons have been added to our site.   You should be able to click on them and pay for the item instantly with your PayPal account.  If you do not have a PayPal account the button will guide you through the steps of paying with your credit card.  If you have any problems, please call us at the phone number below.  We'll send an invoice or help you figure out another payment method.

Payment may also  be made by  check or money order.  If you use this option please call (931-232-9389) or email (clinchvalley1769@aol.com) so that we can hold the item for you.  Please make them payable to "Otter Creek Frontier Arts".  In your total include the shipping costs that are listed with each item.  (Shipping discounts are available for more than one item shipped at the same time to the same address.  Please call for details.)    Your item will be shipped the next business day after payment is received via  money order, personal check  or certified check.  We reserve the right to hold personal checks until they clear.

Purchased items may be returned for refund under the following conditions: 1) Item must be returned within 10 days of the date of purchase. 2) Item must be returned in the condition it was received with no evidence of use.  3) Item must be insured when shipped back to us.  Please call  us at 931-232-9389 if you have any further purchasing questions.
